How do I visit you? What are your hours?

We are located in the heart of Wilkinsburg just outside the city of Pittsburgh at 761 Penn Avenue 15221. Our retail shop is open Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm. 

How do I return my purchase?

If you've received any of our products that are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at info@lovettsundries.com.

If the products received are not what you expected, or if you've just changed your mind, send us an email within 14 days of receiving the item for return shipping details. The item must be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping.

I live in Pittsburgh, can I just come pick up my order?

You can! Just choose "Store Pickup" as your shipping method at check out and as soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email with where and when to come grab it. 

How do you ship items?

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Just choose your method at check out to see shipping costs.

We offer free domestic shipping over $75

We currently do not ship internationally. 

Help! I made a shipping/quantity/address mistake in my order!

If you realize you've made a mistake while placing your order, please email us immediately at staff@lovettsundries.com or respond to your order confirmation email and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. 

Are all of the items online also available in-store?

Yes, everything you see online is also available in our brick-and-mortar shop. We also carry a variety of eco-friendly and sustainable items that compliment our hand crafted personal care and home items as well as some other local makers. 

I need my item in a rush! What do I do?

If you need your item rushed, we offer several UPS shipping options with fast turnarounds. Please call 412-204-6866 or email us at info@lovettsundries.com to let us know that your package is needed in a hurry and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

Do you sell gift certificates?

We sure do! Gift certificates are redeemable at our brick-and-mortar location in Wilkinsburg, PA as well as our online store. They are email-only but just reach out if you prefer a physical certificate for any reason. 

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax on purchases made or being sent within Pennsylvania.

How can I pay for my purchases?

We currently take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also of course take Lovett Sundries gift certificates. Just choose your preferred payment option at checkout.

What is your packaging made out of? Can I recycle it?

We do our very best to lessen the negative impact on our earth by packaging all of our products in recyclable, reusable, and compostable containers as much as possible. We are proud to only use recyclable paper packing materials when shipping as well. Read below to see specific instructions on what to do with our product containers once completely used.

  • Glass bottles (blue, frosted clear, green, brown): Reuse or recycle.
  • Kraft paper soap + solid shampoo boxes: These are made of recycled paper and can be composted or recycled, depending on your local recycling rules. 
  • Aluminum tins: Reuse or recycle.
  • Glass jars: Reuse or recycle.
  • Metal lids (black, white, or silver lids to our glass jars): Recycle. 
  • Plastic spray nozzles & caps: Reuse with our refills or dispose of in trash unless recyclable in your area. 

Are you cruelty-free?

Yes! We only test our products on our (human) friends and family. Our products are also vegetarian.

Do you use palm oil in your products?

No.

Where do you source your beeswax?

We proudly get our beeswax from Bedillion Honey Farma local farm in Pennsylvania. 

What is phytomulse?

Phytomulse is a coconut-derived emulsifier we use to make sure our ingredients mix properly. 

What is lactobacillus ferment?

Lactobacillus is the naturally-occurring preservative we use to make our products shelf-stable.
